We are very happy to offer a new house for 2012.
Trevithick Lodge is on the outskirts of Newquay and is owned by Caroline & Rob from Trenance Executive, and as such comes with the bonus of up to two free local cab rides per day of your stay.

A very large dormer bungalow with plenty of parking and rural views.
It offers very spacious and modern accommodation for 8+ 2 people over 2 floors. With 2 double bedrooms one of which has a sofa bed.& a further 2 zip lock doubles (ie either twin or double) , along with WiFi broadband and full Sky package including movies & sport

The ground floor comprises
Lounge with 2 large sofas & open fireplace and a stunning 60" TV and dvd player.
A large downstairs shower room with double shower toilet & basin.
Kitchen diner equiped with everything you will need including range cooker American style fridge freezer and dishwasher, with a utility room with washing machine and another entrance.
Two double bedrooms with zip lock beds that can be used as 4 singles or 2 doubles

The first floor comprises
Two doubles, one with a super king size bed and sofa bed and a standard double. All the beds are very comfortable and the bed linen is Egyptian cotton. All the rooms have plenty of storage with wardrobes and bedside tables.There is also a modern bathroom with shower bath toilet and basin.
Outside.
To the rear of the property there is a lovely safe enclosed garden with large lawn and a large decked area and Hottub, a BBQ, table and chairs & washing line. 
To the front of the property there is a block paved drive with parking for 4 + large cars.

Morrisons is just a short walk away down a safe path to the side of the property.
